This essence is used to release the resentments we have been carrying, whether we are conscious of them or not. Resentment ties up our energy and lowers our vibration.  It keeps us stuck in past pain and suffering.  Holding onto resentments can create dis-ease and can manifest as illness.  

Resentment can create fungus in our bodies and can hold entities to us. To free ourselves we want to release and clear any resentment we are carrying.  

By clearing resentments we can heal physically, emotionally & spiritually.
