Guilt Be Gone
Guilt is a weight. It keeps us stuck. It keeps us repeating behaviour and making excuses about it. It was once explained that guilt is what we choose when we do not wish to change, but want to think of ourselves as a good person. The experience of guilt is not productive and gets in the way of having a true and satisfying connection with others and with ourselves. To be free of guilt is to be aligned with the greater truth, with acceptance, with love. We experience freedom and greater fulfillment when we are guilt free.
