We most often live and respond from our past experiences. Our repeating memories keep us stuck in patterns, habits of thought and feelings that keep us stuck in the past and prevent us from moving forward in life. These repeating memories become unconscious so we end up reacting to them habitually. We live our lives out of habit instead of awareness. We are trapped. This essence can be used to clear the energy and the memory of a situation, event, etc. so that a new beginning and new potentials and possibilities can take place. It is for clearing our repeating memories that we may live more fully in the present and free from our past emotional suffering.
