Being in the Present

Description

To be in the present moment is to be available to meet life. All of life happens in the moment and yet many times we are focused on the future or past and miss the opportunities to fully experience the present. Only in the present can one influence life. Only in the present can one manifest. Only in the present can one live. This essence supports us in being alive in the moment, in being fully present to our lives.
