This essence is given to the earth to harmonize the elements of crust and crystal with the elements of sea and stone and the foundation, so all physical aspects and energetic aspects of the earth herself begin to move in greater harmony and balance. Within the crust and crystal of the earth also lie her recorded and vibrational history which we can begin to access and learn from. 

Use his essence to support the earth in creating balance and harmony within herself. She has become a somewhat fragmented and fractured just as the humans who walk upon her have become and their lifestyles reflect. 

This essence is extremely important for balancing and stabilizing these aspects of the earth and to support the changes that she is going through. These essences are not intended to stop the essential shifting and process that she needs, but they will support the stabilizing and rebalancing that is necessary. 

Taken internally, it supports bringing the physical and energetic bodies, back into harmony and into resonance with each other. Createing a more stable, harmonious experience of life and alignment within.
